Black Spanish Radish 


Pork Chops

Olive oil and Balsamic Vinegar

Salt and Pepper


Slice black spanish radish in rounds bigger than a quarter.  Melt butter over low heat and place radish rounds saute for 30 minutes until the radish is soft.  

While the radish is cooking, marinate the chops in oil and vinegar season with salt and pepper.  Place the chops in a dutch oven, cover the chops with radish, place lid on the pot and place in the oven.  350 for 30 minutes
