Kale Quesadillas


Your favorite cheese-


1 1/2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons of your favorite bbq sauce

Cooked Shredded pork

You want to use a good amount of kale because as it heats it wilts.  A 4 to 1 ratio of Kale to pork

Mix cooked pork with kale, vinegar and bbq sauce.  Heat a cast iron skillet and brush with olive oil.  Place the tortilla open faced, add kale and pork mix, and cheese.  Flip the tortilla into a half moon and cook until the cheese melts.
