Rickled Radish


Dice your radish share put them in a glass container. I like a mason jar. 

Mix together 1/4 cup of rice vinegar, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon salt; stir until the sugar dissolves.

Pour the mixture over the radishes making sure that they are covered in liquid, stir, cover the container with plastic wrap or a lid, and keep it chilled overnight.

They will last a good while.
