Savory Zucchini Bread

3 cups thinly sliced unpeeled zucchini (about 4 small)
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 kosher salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp oregano leaves
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten

Mix well and pour into greased 13x9 baking pan. Bake in 350 oven for 25-30 min or until golden brown. Makes 4 dozen appetizers.
